Maltanalyse
Our malt laboratory offers malt quality tests for 69€ per sample. This includes germination test (100 kernels in 4 ml water) and one malting with doubble mashing and determination af extract yield, viscosity, beta-glucan and colour.
We need 100 g. barley > 2,5 mm. And samples need to be delivered by the end of November.
For friability we need 150 grams barley > 2,5 mm. The price for friability test is 20 €/sample.
For orders bigger than 100 samples per year we offer 10% discount.
